Temple of the Emerald Buddha (Wat Phra Kaew) in the grounds of the Grand Palace, Bangkok. The temple buildings are extremely colourful, being comprised of gleaming, gilded chedis, polished orange and green roof tiles, mosaic-encrusted pillars and rich marble pediments. |
