Red Akha women from Northern Thailand. This ethnic group originally came from Tibet. They wear headdresses of beads feathers and dangling silver ornaments.

Lisu hilltribe from Tibet. The women wear long multicoloured tunics over trousers and sometimes black turbans with tasels. Men wear baggy green or blue pants pegged in at the ankles.

Long-necked Karen, Mae Hong Son in northern Thailand. Many Karen migrated into Thailand from Myanmar, fleeing Burmese government persecution.
